These machines are designed for maximum flexibility, allowing for easy adaptation to a wide range of bearing dimensions. This automated approach ensures that the coating process is performed under the highest safety and environmental standards.
Through an intuitive operator interface, all critical process parameters are monitored in real-time. Once a process is validated by the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), the specific casting recipe is saved and can be recalled whenever needed. This system ensures a stable, reliable process that significantly minimizes the risk of human error.
